Anyone here collect SW LEGO? I'm really late to this game, but I started buying early enough to pick up some of 2006's leftovers (Jabba's Sail Barge, ISD) as well as some minifigs (random figures).
Does anyone collect both loose and MISB?

I used to collect Legos, back in the late 80's and early to mid 90's, and I collected SW figs from '95+, but for some reason I never collected Star Wars legos. Very strange. Can't explain it.
I do collect them from time to time. I recently bought Obi-Wans JSF on clearance for 25 bucks. Also bought the Stormtrooper and Rebel trooper sets for this year.
I had a lot of the first sets from the '90's but stopped collecting them until recently when I bought a couple of sets for my kids. The new sets are much better than the old ones. Slave I for instance has tripled in size from the original set. I'd love to get the Star Destroyer but can't really justify spending the $. I do have all the Indy sets though.

Sell your old sets for money. The older sets sell for a surprising amount (especially figures that haven't been re-released). You should buy the ISD w/ the 8 minifigs (if this is the ISD you refer to). It was part of the 06 line and has been discontinued. There are still some sets lingering around (mainly because of the hefty $102 price tag), but once they are gone, that's it. (The 8 minifgs by themselves almost justify the price of set.) If you are referring to the UCS ISD, it is currently on sale for $200. That thing is massive! 24-37 inches!
i have alot of the SW legos from the original line, and some of the prequel stuff. haven't gotten alot of the ROTS or any of the new Clone Wars stuff yet. been stuck for space and cash flow. can't believe how much some of these sets go for on the secondary market.
I will be getting the new Lego Star Wars Millennium Falcon. It's truly awesome and should be one of the top toys for Christmas 2011.
