Get Capt. Sisko, Jadzia, Ezri, and Odo (and possibly an Ezri variant) on April 1st when Diamond Select allows vendors to begin pre-orders for these.
There will likely be a complete line for DS9 with O'Brien, Bashir, Kira, and who knows: Dukat? eventually.
There are plans for the full crew from Wrath of Khan for its 25th Anniversary as well:
Kirk, bloodied Kirk
Khan, wounded Khan
McCoy
Scotty
Chekov
Sulu
Capt. Terrel
Hopefully they won't wait long to reveal Spock and Uhura, let alone make Scotty in his engineering digs.
